A: Your birthday points are added on your birthday. It must be added 30 days before your birthday to be eligible and cannot be changed once your first birthday reward is issued.
Q: What do I do if I forgot to use my reward on my purchase?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or credit when a reward code has not been redeemed at the time of purchase
Q: Am I able to use 2 reward codes on a single purchase?
A: Unfortunately, No. All of the rewards (Affiliate, Pink points, Automatic Discounts ex. 20% off Loungefly - Discount Applied at checkout) are considered a discount code. Our system does not allow coupon stacking and is limited to only one reward code during checkout.

A: Unfortunately, no. You will only earn points from the date you sign-up for the loyalty program.
