Shipping & Handling

Standard shipping fee on orders to the 48 contiguous United States is $8.25. Orders with a subtotal over $150 receive free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States Standard shipping fee on orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $25.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed & shipped. Weekends & Federal Holidays are not business days. Once your orders have been shipped, please allow another 5-7 business days for the orders to be delivered.
• Some of our merchandise is posted for pre-order prior to its arrival in our warehouse. In these cases, the shipping time frames are stated in the description.
• We DO NOT ship internationally
• We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes
• We DO NOT ship to Freight Forward Businesses or Individuals. If you use a freight forwarding company, your order will be cancelled.
• We ship via USPS & UPS
• All orders ship from warehouses in Walnut, California and New York
• An additional fee may be requested due to the size and weight of order.

Return Policy

Our top priority is to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.

To initiate a return, please email support@pinkalamode.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.

• Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn, smells of perfume, smoke, pets, is covered in pet hair or we see any visible blemishes, then your return will be denied. The item will be returned to you at your cost.
• Return products in excess of $200.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping fee's are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Orders containing 3 or more of the same item are considered "bulk" orders and are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item is damaged/defective. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
• Once your return has been received please allow 2-7 business days for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit. A Pink a la Mode E-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. We'll process your refund/credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 10 business days to see the credit on your account. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.

We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:

Makeup, Candy, Consumable Products, Blind Bags/Mystery Items, Masks, Hair Accessories, Gift Cards, Swimwear, and Comic Books. Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. A box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the POP! Figure itself is unaffected.
